It is the mission of Compressions for Life to promote health, safety and well being in the community.  This is accomplished by providing professional CPR and First Aid Training to health care providers and other members of the community. So that in the time of need we will be prepared.

We specialize in American Heart Association training and emphasize: CPR, First Aid, and Automated External Defibrillator(AED) in and around the Kitsap/Mason County area. We are a physical classroom located in Downtown Bremerton focusing in a clean and friendly environment. So that you can focus on the quality instruction being provided. We are members of the Better Business Bureau, Bremerton Chamber of Commerce, Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, and proud citizens of Kitsap County. We believe in making the area we reside in a better place through volunteering and helping our community become a better place – this includes (Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Belfair, Port Orchard, Bainbridge, Kingston, and beyond)

Our office takes this course yearly and every time we are amazed by how much we learn! Kevin is an amazing instructor. You can tell he feels passionate about the information he is giving, and that he wants to make it a fun and enjoyable experience for his students. He really takes the time to make sure our team understands the material and feels prepared for emergencies. The classroom is clean and comfortable, and the video portion of the course is instructional and relevant. Turn around ime for our healthcase provider cards was quick. Overall, I would highly recommend this course!

The class was super informative and kept you interested. As someone in the health care field, I have taken several very similar classes. Kevin does a wonderful job of supplementing the information in the video and helping you learn hands-on how to administer CPR, rescue breathing, and other life saving measures. The small class sizes help to give you the personal experience necessary to excel in this course! I would highly recommend it to anyone.
